Family, friends, and fans,
In the two years that we have been a band, we have entered two competitions. Both competitions put us in the running to play at some amazing festivals, and thanks to your help, we won them both. Last year we had a blast playing at the Americana Music Festival (which we are headlining this year on July 19th) and this year we can’t wait to play at the California Worldfest!
One of the biggest opportunities of our career has come up and, again, it requires your help. We are competing to win a slot at Summerfest in Milwaukee (it happens to be the world’s largest music festival). If we win, we get a showcase at the festival, an all expenses paid trip to Milwaukee, and a cash prize of $20,000! We’ll be playing along side acts like John Mayer, The Eagles, Rush, Tim McGraw, Tom Petty, The Avett Brothers, and lots of other INCREDIBLE bands! Second and third place bands get $10K and $5K respectively and a slot at the festival, so even placing in this event will hugely advance our career.
Just like with the other competitions, we need your help. We need votes. Lots of votes. There is a quick registration process and then you’re set to cast your vote! You can vote for us 5 times a day (all five votes can be cast at the same time) from today through June 17th. There is also a bonus for you! Each day you return to vote you will receive 1 sweepstakes entry for a cash prize of $2,000 plus travel and accommodations to come to Milwaukee to watch us play!
